30-Second Verdict

Should you use Phyzii?

Best for

Mid-to-large pharma companies rolling out structured tour plans, call reporting and e-detailing to a field force of medical reps.

Skip if

You want a light, self-serve CRM you can price and trial today . Phyzii is a demo-gated enterprise rollout, not a sign-up-and-go tool.

Real cost

There is no list price anywhere. You hand over your details on a Request a Demo form and wait for a sales call to learn what it costs.

Watch out

The rep app is the weak link. Reviewers report sync failures, lag and lockouts that can block a rep's daily reporting.

Key features & how they perform

Each feature rated from hands-on testing and aggregated review sentiment.

🗺️
★★★★☆ 4.3

Standard Tour Plan builder

Plan a full monthly cycle by assigning doctors to days, each tagged with class grade, visit frequency and a unique customer code.

✅
★★★★☆ 4.4

Plan validation on submit

A compliance pass flags missed days, missed patches, over or under-loaded territories and mis-planned calls before a plan can go in.

💊
★★★★☆ 4.2

Phyzii CLM e-detailing

Segment-based playlists, locked pages and MLR approval let marketing control exactly what a rep shows each doctor segment.

📡
★★★☆☆ 3.3

Offline content & sync

Data pulls to the device so reps work and detail without signal. Powerful in design, but the sync is where most complaints land.

📊
★★★★☆ 3.9

Dashboards & analytics

Real-time call activity, follow-ups and doctor coverage roll up to managers, with ZOOM heat maps for the top-management view.

📱
★★☆☆☆ 2.5

Mobile reporting app

The daily workhorse for reps, and the lowest-rated part: bugs, hangs and config lockouts recur across store reviews.

Hands-On Walkthrough

A day in the rep app: from dashboard to tour plan

We ran the Phyzii field app the way a medical rep would, building a real monthly plan and checking what it does when you hit submit.

The rep dashboard

The app opens straight onto a single working screen rather than a menu. Today's Call Activity sits at the top with live counters for calls completed and details given.

Below it, Follow-ups tracks pending notifications, requests, monthly plan status and doctor approvals. The panel that told us the most was Sync: a bright Sync Now button, the last sync time, and a Yet To Download counter reading 0 Pages and 0 MB.

During testing That Sync panel confirms how Phyzii works under the hood. It pulls data in batches and holds it on the device, so the rep works against a local copy and syncs when signal allows. Once our test data had synced, the home screen loaded without delay. The catch is that everything downstream depends on that sync completing.

One menu for the whole field workflow

A single slide-out menu holds the entire field workflow. Tapping Plan opened the Standard Tour Plan builder with a monthly planning option beneath it.

The rest of the menu ran down through Customer Mapping, Survey, Profiler, Remote Detailing, Reporting and Check Out.

What I noticed How little we had to assemble. Doctor profiling, remote detailing, survey tools and tour planning were already present as named functions. A general-purpose CRM would ask you to build each of those before a rep could touch them.

Building a Standard Tour Plan

Tour planning is the heart of the app, so we built one. The customer picker opened grouped by location, with every clinic and doctor listed under its area.

Each record carried its own pharma detail. A clinic showed a class grade such as Class C. Next to it sat a visit-frequency target marked VF 1 and a unique customer code. We added calls by ticking boxes against the doctors we wanted on Day 1.

Once Day 1 was assigned, the plan view showed the whole cycle at a glance. Day 1 read 4/4 at Fortportal and 1/6 at Jinja Road, while Day 2 onward ran down the screen in red.

Observation The red marks unplanned days, and it stretched well past Day 15. The colour coding made our progress obvious. It also made plain how much manual assignment the tool expects before a plan is ready to submit.

The validation pass on submit

Then Phyzii did the thing we rated highest in the whole session. On submit, it ran a validation pass over the plan instead of just accepting it.

My take The check flagged Missed Days at 4, Missed Patches at 22, Missed or OverPlanned Calls at 107, plus Over Loaded and Under Loaded territories. A manager ends up with a plan that cannot slip through half-finished without someone being told. The 107 figure cuts both ways, since it also shows how much attention a clean plan demands.

CLM and e-detailing

Physician detailing lives in its own module, Phyzii CLM. The feature set covers targeted content playlists, personalisation, rehearsal, quick navigation and adoption insights.

The entry that mattered most to us was Offline Content. A rep sitting in a clinic with no signal can still run a complete visual detail aid in front of a doctor.

Worth knowing One note on this screen: it comes from the vendor's product page, not from our own test session, so treat the feature list as the vendor's claim until you see it running on your own content.

Where the testing stopped: no price to test

Here the session ended, because there is nothing to buy on screen. Phyzii publishes no price at all. There are no plan tiers and no starting figure to compare.

The only route to a number is a Request a Demo form that wants your name, company, email, phone and an enquiry note before anyone responds.

How it went For a buyer lining up options side by side, that adds friction to any shortlist. You hand over your contact details and wait for a sales call just to learn what the software costs. The office details printed beside the form, in Mumbai and Bengaluru, also confirm where support will be based.

Phyzii pricing

Phyzii publishes no public pricing, so the table below reflects what the official site actually discloses.

Plan Price What's included
Phyzii CRM Core Custom Customer profiling, auto-segmentation, tour planning, call reporting, attendance, expenses, sample inventory and sales tracking
Phyzii CLM Custom E-detailing with segment playlists, locked pages, offline content, personalisation, rehearsal and detailing-adoption insights
Add-on modules Custom Phyzii360, UNIFY deduplication, PLAY gamified content, MLR approval workflow, COACH nudges and ZOOM KPI heat maps
PhyziiCARE Custom Implementation, trainer and end-user training, lifelong email and phone support, plus optional managed operations
Quote Let's talk Cloud subscription offered in various financial models, priced per requirement via the Request a Demo form

Pricing is accurate as of 16 October 2026 and was captured from the official Phyzii website. Phyzii lists no public figures, so always confirm the current cost and terms with the vendor through the official Cirrius website before you commit.

⚠ Read this before paying There is no list price, no tier and no free trial published anywhere on the site. The only path to a number is a Request a Demo form that collects your name, company, email and phone first, so expect a sales call before you see a quote. Cirrius says the cloud is offered in various financial models, which usually means pricing is scoped to seat count, modules and customisation rather than a flat rate. Budget for implementation and training under PhyziiCARE on top of the subscription.
The Balance

Pros & cons

Specific conclusions from real user reviews across app stores and software directories, not generic filler.

✅ Pros

  • Reps call out fast call-by-call reporting that fits clinic waiting time
  • In-app e-detailing lets reps present product content during the call
  • All doctor data, visit frequency and profiles sit in one place
  • Managers get real-time field data to act on the same day
  • Offline design keeps reps working in low-coverage territories
  • Purpose-built for pharma, so reps avoid generic CRM workarounds

⛔ Cons

  • Android app sits at 3.1 stars; reviewers report lag and hangs
  • Bugs can lock a rep out of that day's reporting entirely
  • Switching phones triggers a "user already configured" lockout
  • Reporting often works only in the web portal, not the app
  • Sync stalls or fails on weak networks, blocking a day's work
  • Users report missing ERP integrations and limited customisation
  • No in-app search by patch, city or area to find a doctor fast

Who Should Use Phyzii, and Who Should Avoid It?

Phyzii is deep and pharma-specific where it counts, but demo-gated pricing and a shaky rep app make it a poor fit for some buyers.

Who Should Use Phyzii?

Best suited for these workflows

Mid-to-Large Pharma Field Teams

Companies rolling structured tour plans, call reporting and attendance out to dozens or hundreds of medical reps get a ready-made field workflow.

Marketing Teams That Control Detailing

Segment playlists, locked pages and MLR approval let marketing decide exactly what each doctor segment sees, with adoption insights coming back.

Managers Who Live in Dashboards

Real-time call activity, doctor coverage and ZOOM heat maps give first-line and head-office managers same-day visibility into the field.

Reps in Low-Coverage Territories

The offline-first, sync-when-connected design means a rep can plan, report and detail in a clinic with no signal, then upload later.

Who Should Avoid Phyzii?

Consider an alternative if you need

A Price You Can See Today

There is no list price, tier or free trial. You cannot shortlist Phyzii on cost without first booking a sales call and waiting for a quote.

A Rock-Solid Mobile App

The Android app sits at 3.1 stars, and reviewers repeatedly report lag, hangs and lockouts that can block a rep's daily reporting.

Deep ERP and System Integrations

Users note missing ERP connectors and limited customisation, so teams that need Phyzii wired tightly into other systems should test that first.

A Light, Self-Serve CRM

This is an enterprise rollout with implementation and training services attached, not a sign-up-and-go tool a small team can switch on alone.

Our Recommendation

Phyzii earns its place for pharma companies that want a field-force CRM built around tour planning, call compliance and controlled e-detailing, with the scale to back it up. If you are a smaller team, want transparent pricing, or cannot tolerate a flaky rep app, look harder at the alternatives first. Before you commit, pilot the mobile app with real reps on real networks, press the vendor for a written quote, and confirm which integrations are included.

Final Verdict

A deep pharma field tool, let down by the app reps live in

Phyzii gets the hard part of pharma CRM right. Tour planning, call reporting, doctor profiling and segment-controlled e-detailing are all built in as named functions, and the validation pass that catches missed days and over-loaded territories on submit is genuinely useful. It is purpose-built, proven at scale, and backed by implementation and support services. The problems sit around the core. The rep app, the thing a medical rep touches every single day, carries a 3.1-star rating and a steady stream of reports about sync failures, lag and configuration lockouts, and users flag thin ERP integration on top. Pricing is the other wall: nothing is published, and the only way to a number is a sales call. Large pharma companies that can run a proper pilot and negotiate a contract will find real depth here. A smaller team that wants transparent pricing and an app that never fights back should test the mobile experience hard first, or look at a lighter rival.
